Dubai rentals, without the agent
We built DubaiDirect because renting in Dubai shouldn’t cost you 5% of a year’s rent just to speak to the person who owns the apartment.
Why we built this
Dubai’s rental market is dominated by agents. Most of them don’t own the properties they list. They just hold the contact details of landlords who have no easy way to reach tenants on their own. The result: tenants pay a 5% commission on top of an already expensive rent, and landlords hand 8% of their annual income to a property manager to handle what’s often a simple phone call.
DubaiDirect is a direct marketplace. Landlords post their own properties. Tenants contact them directly via WhatsApp. No middleman, no commission, no inflated prices. Landlords pay a small flat subscription to list; tenants pay a one-time Tenant Pass to unlock contacts.
The hardest part was trust: making sure every listing really is posted by the owner. We built a multi-layer verification system: a mandatory owner declaration, Title Deed document review, NLP scoring on listing content, and a community reporting loop. It’s not perfect, but it’s the most rigorous owner-only filter in the Dubai market.
We go further than any other Dubai platform
Every listing is scanned before publication. Owners earn a Direct Owner badge by verifying their title deed. Tenants can report suspicious listings in one tap. This is not a feature: it is the whole point of DubaiDirect.

Direct connection
We remove the middleman. Landlords and tenants negotiate directly, which means faster decisions and no 5% agent fee eating into every deal.
Owner-only listings
Every listing on DubaiDirect is posted by the actual property owner. Our anti-agent system combines document verification, NLP scoring, and community reporting to keep it that way.
Flat fee, not a cut
We charge owners a fixed monthly subscription, never a percentage of rent. DubaiDirect makes money when owners find value, not when deals close.
