For owners
Your rental. Your terms. No agent.
A property manager charges 8% of your annual rent to do what you can do yourself in a few hours per year. DubaiDirect gives you the tools to manage everything for a flat 149 AED/month.

How the calculation works
Property manager cost: We use 8% of annual rent, which is the standard management fee charged by most Dubai property management companies. This covers finding a tenant, collecting rent, and handling basic maintenance coordination.
DubaiDirect Pro cost: 149 AED × 12 months = 1,788 AED per year, regardless of your rent amount. This is the flat annual cost of the Pro subscription.
Your saving = (Annual rent × 8%) − 1,788 AED. For example, on a 100,000 AED/year property: 8,000 − 1,788 = 6,212 AED saved.
Note: this comparison is for property management fees only. Agent commission for finding a tenant (typically 5% of annual rent, one-time) is a separate cost not included in this calculation.
What you get with Pro
Every feature is designed for landlords who want to manage their own rental without the overhead of an agent.
3 active listings
Publish up to 3 properties simultaneously on the Pro plan.
Why it matters: Ideal if you own multiple units in the same building or across communities. Each listing is fully independent with its own photos, price, and availability.
15 HD photos
Upload up to 15 high-definition photos per listing (Free plan: 5 photos).
Why it matters: Listings with more photos receive significantly more inquiries. A full visual tour of the unit, building amenities, and view reduces back-and-forth with tenants before they visit.
Verified owner badge
A "Verified Owner" badge appears on your listing and profile, visible to all searchers.
Why it matters: Tenants are increasingly wary of agents posing as owners. The badge signals you are a real landlord, which increases contact rate, especially when combined with a Title Deed upload ("Direct Owner" badge). If you receive an unsolicited approach from a real estate agent (by phone, WhatsApp, or email), you can report it directly from your dashboard in one tap.
Priority placement in search
Pro listings are ranked above Free listings in search results for the same community and bedroom count.
Why it matters: Most tenants never scroll past the first page. Priority placement means your property is seen before free-tier listings, maximising visibility without paid advertising.
Lead dashboard
Every tenant who contacts you via WhatsApp through DubaiDirect appears in your lead dashboard with their profile: name, household type, budget, and preferred move-in date.
Why it matters: Instead of managing a scattered WhatsApp inbox, you see all interested tenants in one structured view. You can mark leads as contacted, qualified, or archived, and compare profiles side by side.
Listing performance & market benchmark
See how many views and contacts each listing receives, and how your asking price compares to the median for similar properties in the same community.
Why it matters: If your listing has many views but few contacts, the price is probably too high. The benchmark tells you exactly by how much. If contacts are high but all leads drop off, the issue is something else (photos, description, availability date).
AI listing description generator
Enter your property details and generate a polished, SEO-optimised listing description in seconds.
Why it matters: A well-written description increases contact rates. The AI accounts for community highlights, nearby amenities, and tenant-friendly language, in a fraction of the time it takes to write from scratch.
Rental tracking & cheque reminders
Log your tenant's cheques (dates and amounts) and receive automatic reminders 7 and 3 days before each cheque date.
Why it matters: Bounced cheques are one of the most stressful parts of being a landlord in Dubai. Early reminders give you time to follow up with your tenant before the bank presents the cheque, avoiding the legal and administrative headache of a return.
Lease expiry alert + 1-click relist
Receive an alert 90 days before your lease expires. When your property becomes available, relist it with one click. All existing details and photos are preserved.
Why it matters: Listing 3 months early is the difference between choosing your tenant and scrambling to fill a vacancy. The 1-click relist saves the 30 minutes of re-entering every field from scratch.
Ejari & DEWA checklist
A step-by-step guided checklist for onboarding a new tenant: Ejari registration, DEWA account transfer, deposit receipt, and key handover.
Why it matters: Missing a step (especially Ejari) can create legal complications for both you and your tenant. The checklist ensures nothing falls through the cracks, especially for first-time landlords.
